Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EZ Reels collects and uses information when you visit the website or mobile app, create an account, make a purchase, or generate a video.

1. Information we process

We process the information needed to operate the service. This can include your email and account identifier, Google or Apple sign-in details shared with us, plan and credit balance, generation history, support messages, browser or device identifiers, security records, IP address, and basic usage and performance information.

When you generate a video, we process the images, prompts, selected model settings, generated output, and technical job records needed to submit, monitor, deliver, moderate, and support the request. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

2. Payments and sign-in

Google or Apple may provide the account information needed for sign-in, such as an account identifier, name, or email address (including an Apple private relay address when used). Stripe processes website payments. Apple processes App Store purchases and Google processes Google Play purchases in the mobile app. We process purchase receipts or tokens, transaction identifiers, product and subscription status, and related billing records to verify purchases, deliver credits, and restore purchases. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, calculate and issue credits, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, apply content rules, investigate failures, answer support requests, measure performance, and improve reliability and usability. We may review or remove submitted or generated material when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms.

4. Service providers

We share only the information needed with companies that help run the service, including Google and Apple for sign-in and store purchases, Stripe for website billing, Cloudflare for delivery and abuse protection, storage providers, analytics and support services, and the AI video providers selected for a generation. Images and prompts sent for generation are processed under those providers’ own service and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, rights holders, the service, or the public.

5. Storage and retention

We keep account, payment, credit-ledger, security, and generation records for as long as they are reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Free video outputs with a recorded expiry are normally available for up to 30 days; the expiry is set when the output is created and is shown with the result when available. Download a copy before that date. Other inputs and outputs may be removed earlier or retained longer when needed for an active account, support case, payment record, safety review, or legal requirement. Backups and provider copies may take additional time to expire.

Expired video files are scheduled for deletion from our storage. Paid outputs without an expiry keep their existing retention terms. Uploaded source images, account records and provider copies have separate retention needs; a video expiry date does not mean every related copy has already been deleted.

Hosted generated videos are delivered through public links: anyone with a link may be able to view or download the file while it is available. A sign-in screen does not make these links private. Avoid generating sensitive material and share links only with people you intend to have access. Removing our hosted copy cannot remove copies that someone has downloaded or shared.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, device storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, security checks, credit eligibility, preferences, and essential product behavior. Limited analytics may be used to understand traffic and performance. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or generation from working correctly.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes. You can follow our account deletion instructions to request deletion from the app or without access to it. Sending a request does not mean deletion is complete. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Cancel website renewals from your account; manage App Store or Google Play renewals in the store where you purchased. For access, correction, or other privacy requests, email support@ez-reels.com and include the email associated with your account.

8. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
